Gil Howard
Gil Howard founded The Howard Law Firm in 1979. In his early years as an attorney, Mr. Howard handled a significant amount of federal litigation. He served the maximum-allowed two terms on the Board of Directors of the Federal Defender Program in Atlanta, and also served as chairman of the board. Eventually, he gravitated towards domestic law. He handles family law and personal injury claims for The Howard Law Firm.
John Howard
John Howard began practicing law in 2016. He focuses on estate planning and advising individuals, families, and business groups on the best strategies for their futures. Additionally, John provides probate and trust administration services after a loved one has passed away. John takes pride in the personal aspect of having a small firm, and really getting to know his clients and working with them for years. Some of our clients come to us because we previously worked with their parents or grandparents.
Elizabeth Madson
Elizabeth Madson, known by most as Liz, is our dedicated office manager and paralegal. She started with The Howard Law Firm as an intern and after earning a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice in May of 2018, she became a paralegal with The Howard Law Firm. She enjoys getting to know new clients and helping them feel at ease as we begin their legal matters.
